Privacy Policy

We collect only what you give us directly:

• Waitlist form: your name and email address.
• Builder application: your name, email, self-identified role, and your answer to the open question.

We do not collect analytics data, cookies, or any tracking identifiers at this time.

• To notify you when ForgeMatrix launches (waitlist).
• To review and respond to builder applications.
• To contact you about your founding member status.

We will never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Form submissions are stored in Supabase (a PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS infrastructure). Data is stored in a region within the United States. Supabase's privacy policy applies to their infrastructure.

We retain your data for as long as ForgeMatrix is operational or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

You may at any time:

• Request a copy of your data.
• Ask us to correct or delete your data.
• Withdraw consent for us to contact you.

Access to stored data is protected via Supabase Row Level Security and server-side service-role keys. Your data is never exposed client-side.

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where feasible, notify waitlist members by email.
