ForgeMatrix is a pre-launch community and studio platform for founders, engineers, and designers based in India. These terms govern access to the landing page, waitlist, and founding cohort application — not a live product (which does not yet exist).

You must be at least 18 years old to submit your information. By submitting, you confirm you meet this requirement.

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access when ForgeMatrix launches.
• Submitting a builder application does not guarantee acceptance.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any application without reason.
• You may only submit one waitlist entry and one application per email address.

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information.
• Use automated tools or bots to submit forms.
• Attempt to access data belonging to others.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other community members or the ForgeMatrix team.

All content on this site — copy, design, logos, and code — is the property of ForgeMatrix and may not be reproduced without written permission.

ForgeMatrix is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about launch timing, feature availability, or community outcomes. We are building this in public and things will change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeMatrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or submission of your information.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
