5. The Strike System

Our Three-Strike system is designed to ensure integrity:

Strike 1: Warning issued for minor violations
Strike 2: Temporary suspension and review
Strike 3: Permanent ban from the platform

6. Intellectual Property

All simulation scenarios, platform code, and branding are owned by Forge Matrix. Your performance data and certifications belong to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

Forge Matrix is not liable for hiring decisions made by enterprises or career outcomes. Our certifications represent demonstrated skills, not guarantees of employment.
